I have a friend that I'm not sure what she wants right now as it all started when I showed her this page and she asked a ? that I answered honestly not knowing that it was her and when I found out I'm not sure that everything was still the same. I dont know what to do

Probably not, not if she was a true friend. But, I would talk to her and ask her directly. It is always best to be up front and honest. That way there is no misconceptions.
