Okay...I was watching an episode of CSI:Miami and on the show they said that in the state of Florida a person that is 16 years old can legally have sexual relationships with anyone up to 24 years of age without the elder person getting in trouble. Is that true???

I don't know. I live in NY. But if they said that, it must be true. CSI Miami shows are based on reality.
Why? Are you going to screw a 16 year old now?! LOL

Not necessarily. Television is for ENTERTAINMENT, and you can't rely on wht is produced for entertainment purposes. So, if you are a peodiphile, or a 16 year old, the advice is the same, don't count on it. In any case cilil law can step in where statues leave off.
