She has a boyfriend and I told her I had a crush on her. She said "that's so sweet." Than gave me a hug. And the next day she flirted with me a little. I didn't flirt back I just played it cool. So the next day I saw her crying at work. Her friend told me that her boyfriend called and said mean things to her. So I went and bought her a friendly card to make her feel better. She said "thats sweet thanks" Next day she flirted with me a little again. I didn't flirt back.

We talk a lilttle. We ususally have a little small talk. You think I should tell her that she pretty and looks nice today everytime I see her. I don't want to push it. Is that going to far?

Heard her boyfriend makes her feel bad alot and makes her cry alot coming into work. I just don't get why she's staying with him.

I'm falling for her and I can't stop thinking about her. I don't see how i'm falling for her if I really don't know what she likes in life. All I know is I like her personality. She sweet and kind.

Don't push the situation. If she doesn't see that you are willing to be that nice guy, she never will. Have a good talk with her and explain that she shouldn't be in a relationship that is not healthy. Tell her to try avoiding her boyfriends calls. At this point for you, its not promising if she will leaves her boyfriend. Its truely up to her. But, if she decides to leave him, and start dating you, it will be a rebound relationship. The best advice I can give you is just be her friend. Hang out with her and do things to make her feel good. After a while the relationship should blossom. Don't push! Remember. Friends first!

Don't get caught in the middle. It's ok to tell her how you feel and ask her to let you know if she's single. Even though she's only a year younger, there is sometimes a big difference even between 17 and 18. Just take the high road. If her current relationship fails and there's mutual interest, then it might work out, but don't stir the pot. You don't know what's really going on in her relationship and you shouldn't.

Deal with the facts.

If you two are close then i suggest bringing up her current relatioship with her boyfriend. Try not to let your feelings for her get in the way of listening and responding carefully. I do think she values the relationship the both ouf you share, and I think telling her how you feel, completely, will bring you closer.

for right now, i think u should just do what u can to help her out and make her feel better with what she's going through right now. she's probably going to break up with this jerk, so when she does that, id say tell her about your crush

She is probably going to break up with her boyfriend, so don't push it right now, wait a while. Get to know her better. When they break up, ask her out.

Give it a little time and let them break up first. Don't mention this other idiot to her. It might backfire...

if i was in your shoes, i would tell her that i really like her. you could point out how her bf treats her, but that might make her upset. it depends on the person. i would like for someone to tell me if my bf was treating me that way. (sometimes they dont see it) i wish the best of luck to you!!!
