I would think there would be a dog park in your area. If not, there is a pet store like a large chain store such as PetSmart or PetCo where they have a board for messages. You can post something about wanting to start a group for dogs to meet together and play.
You can go to a dog park and meet people and their dogs and if you like them a lot, talk to them about meeting regularly at the park for play. Or if there are a few you really like a lot and you have a yard, you can talk to them about play times, rotating yards for just a few dogs.

Yes. I have some tips and advice.

Make sure you set up rules that must be followed, to avoid potential problems.

1. All dogs must be vaccinated and licensed.
2. Owners must supervise their dog(s) at all times...no walking away and talking on the phone while there dog does "whatever."
3. Owners must clean up after their own dogs.

Be familiar with and post signs showing "aggressive" body language in dogs, so people are aware of what to look for and can nip fights before they start.

regrettably the operator of the daycare received't be qualified to rule this an 'unprovoked' attack. i'm bowled over what number of human beings interior the puppy/canines market don't have any clue about canines habit. If she has been coming abode with bites than she ought to have finally had adequate and brought the canines out in the previous it ought to do with a view to her. in the adventure that your city has a canines park, take her to be certain how she behaves round different canines. If she does looks "bossy", provide her a 5 finger poke on the rump, area or neck. do no longer communicate to her, basically provide her the body language and look that announces, "reduce it out!" If she ignores or is going again to being a pest, step up your "poke" til she does, if needed make her lie down till calm, (really tricky!). i do no longer believe there is the variety of element as an unprovoked attack, we as human beings do exactly not comprehend the way canines communicate.

Try Meetup.com. We belong to a Los Angeles based Chi/Small Breed club that meets for holidays and santa visits, etc. There may be a meetup.com in your area already, if not start one there.

Make sure that all of the dogs have their Parvo, bordatella vaccines, etc. You wouldn't want them getting sick from exposure!!!!
