No as it is usually the opposite. Runaways, both female and male, who are abused and have to live on the streets and support themselves with prostitution is one good example. I hardly think wealth is a contribution factor in these situations. It is a matter of survival.

Poverty is the root of most unrest.
Sexual actions and perversion is a problem of culture.
Low Income cities....High registered sex offenders.
High Income cities....Low registered sex offenders.
