There is different levels of autism just like there is different levels of functioning of other syndromes. Some are very highly functioning which means they can speak close to normally, they dress themself, eat with relatively little help and other normal things. the other end of the spectrum are those that have a very hard time doing even the simplest of tasks and may require institutionalization to help them live. Hope this is helpful

Yes. People with Asperger's in particular usually speak realtively normally. They may (or may not) speak monotone. Some speak with little or no emotion in the voice (not to say they don't have emotions, just some have difficulty expressing it)
Around 62 - 88% of all those on the "Autism Spectrum" have aspergers, as opposed to "classic" autism like my niece. Classic autism is the kind that usually doesn't speak much. I am working hard to get my 10 year old niece to be able to talk.

The vaccine that some have faith reasons autism is given whilst babies are 3 hundred and sixty 5 days- the MMR vaccine. My son has his Dr. appt next week and that i'm frightened. there is not any info that the MMR vaccine reasons autism, yet there are a number of that say they have faith it could. you will get those pictures spaced out so as that they are not receiving this style of superb style of at as quickly as. that's what I plan on doing. whilst my son is going he will the two get the Measles vaccine, Mumps, or Rubella vaccine. after which get the different 2 seperately later on. some babies have undesirable reactions to specific vaccines and which may be a reason at the back of undertaking, besides the fact that if it rather is rather not likely. i've got faith the dangers outweigh the advantages. It has not been shown that autism is led to from the MMR vaccine, yet I nonetheless chosen to have them seperated so it is not this style of great dose. Do what you think of is maximum suitable to your daughter.

Yes, many of them can. It depends on their functionality level and things. It may take a while to get their attention or come up with a subject that they're interested in, but absolutely they can talk...in fact, some probably have better grammar than you do.

Yes.
I'm blown away by somebody asking a question like that, like that, though -- take the time, and have the respect for people, to write properly if you want thoughtful answers.

it depends on the degree of the disability .... the ones at the lower end of the spectrum tend not to be verbal but those at the higher end tend to have a lot of verbal communication ....
