Does putting hand sanatizer on a pimple help?

It has alcohol in it, which might dry it out, but it's got other things that might make it break out even more. Try rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball instead.

It consists of alcohol, so yes. It might be too harsh on the face though and might cause the skin to peel, but it will kill the pimple.

Use perioxide, try to pop it first it will get of of the bacteria and then it will heal quick. It will sting some
