i told this girl i loved her 2 months ago
and we've been talking online and stuff mainly ..
now more after i told her i love her
i was passing by her and her boyfriend walkin down the hall (not talkin or anything)
and she saw me and basically just looked away
what does this mean ?
does she like me or not like me ?

she was probably scared off because you told her you loved her and youre not even her boyfriend. you shouldnt say such a strong thing to someone you're not even in a relationship with. your best bet is to apologize to her for saying that and that you know she doesnt feel the same way and see what her response is. who knows, she could tell you youre wrong.

Really doesn't mean anything definite one way or the other. She could have looked away because she can't stand seeing you and not being able to be "with" you. Or she was afraid her BF would realize she couldn't take her eyes off of you.
You didn't mention whether or not she said I love you back? That might be an indication.....something to think about! Maybe you should try to stop seeing signs and just ask her straight out. That will relieve your doubts!

If you love her...and she chats with you...why does she still have a boyfriend? Is she interested in you?? What do you think??
