Swim, cycle, climb stairs, run walk - do all the things that put a strain on the legs.

You could also try this exercise-

lie on your side use the hand closer to the floor to support your head ( so that your head is about 12 inches above the floor ). Your other hand must be placed on the floor face down infront of your stomach region. Now lift your leg which is away from the floor as far as you can. Hold for sometime and come down slowly. Repeat atleast 10 times. Turn over and repeat the procedure aiming at the other leg. Gradually increase the number of times you do it.

Do the hula (it is worth learning if you don't know how - guys as well as gals!)! It will trim hips and thighs faster than anything I know! It's great for the waist too! Fantastic exercise, but take it easy when just starting..or you will be so sorry the next day. Sometimes a local 'Y' will have classes. If not, climb stairs (they are easy to come by!) or take self defense, (Judo, Karate, etc.), fencing is super but often hard to come by. And there's always good old tennis! or handball! Good luck!

U won't losse weight from these areas immedately. U need to do cycling or treadmill for atleast 4 days a week. It will tone ur thighs & hips & gradually reduce the fas from these areas.

You cannot loose weight on a certain part of the body. You can loose weight and tone hips and legs quickly by walking,walking,walking.

I think you have to do regular exercises under the guidance of an expert to get good results.He will be guiding you as per requirements from time to time.
