You ask interesting questions, kind of "not on surface" types !
Before I answer your question let me ask you what do you do in leisure time apart from browsing the internet ? Do you play any musical instrument ? Or what else do you enjoy doing ?
I do not want to boast off, but I can hypnotize and I am almost 95 % + certain that I can hypnotize even you. Irrespective of you being having a high will power or as you have put it "being too strongly mided". That is because my hypnotism is too powerful.
YES, I AGREE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO HYPNOTIZE A PERSON WHO HAS A STRONG WILL POWER OR WHO IS TOO STRONGLY MINDED.
Also, true hypnotists are so less in numbers today.
I think you can count people capable of hypnotizing others by just using your fingertips. There are so few in the world.
Othes are mostly just playing gimmicks or at best they are using some black magic or lowly tricks from lower areas of mesmerism.
Don't get scared. When you are strongly minded, such trick playing people can't hurt you. So it is a plus for you I believe.
But don't get scared. I do not do hypnotizm often. In my life I would have done it just 3 - 4 times till now. That too only in a group of friends where they can have some fun and entertainment. And I do not do it for any personal gains or with any malign intentions. Never. But only to have fun. And when i do it i ensure that the spell is kept for a very short while and I immediately remove the spell completely for the subjects. Just to ensure it does not inadvertently hurt anyone. This way it is perfectly healthy for everyone.
And genie, don't worry, I have not done any hypnotism or any such hotch - potch with you. It is true.
I think friendship can't be earned with means such as hypnotism and such !

I'm not sure if strong minded is the case when it comes to being hypnotized or not. I just know that not everyone can be. Some are more susceptible to the powers of suggestion more than others. Why do you want to be hypnotized? Who wants you to be hypnotized?
Perhaps just ordinary talk therapy would be best for you. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

I've seen people hypnotized at a college comedy show, so I know it can happen. If you resist, though, it won't work. You have to trust the hypnotist and be willing to relinquish control in order to be hypnotized.

Yes. It is possible to be hypnotized. It is sometimes used by a trained therapist to uncover repressed memories though there have been debates of its accuracy and ethics involved in drawing information from the the mind.
There is definitely people who are easier to hypotize than others. I guess you can resist not to be hynotized though I wouldn't call those easily hynotized "weak minded".

Many people claim it does. Yes I believe it. I couldn't be hypnotized because my mind is too active. It's called monkey brain.
I guess if you are not willing it won't work no matter what.

I had my son through hypnosis..no drugs. I was sure that I couldn't be hypnotized. The dr. had me hold a chain between My fingers, he said to hold it as tight as i could. I did.;but when he gave the suggestion that I couldn't hold it any longer (and I wasTHINKING 'OH YES i CAN) THAT CHAIN FELL TO THE FLOOR AS EASY AS COULD BE! i WAS AS CLEAR HEADED AS i AM NOW.. NOT ASLEEP AS ONE THINKS OF HYPNOTIZED . i HAD MY SON WITH MINIMAL DISCOMFORT AND WOULD RECOMEND THIS METHOD TO ALL. I believe what is not possible is to be made to do something you normally would not do . So, yes people can be hypnotized, if they want to be.

You need to see a psychologist. Before you feel ashamed of yourself, there are psychologists that deal with sexual issues like yours, many with years of experience in dealing with people who have an attraction to children. Many people suffer from this disorder which can be the result odf childhood trauma. It gets wrong when you hurt someone, but suffering from it is not a crime. There is professional help.

I think its easier to hypnotize people who have the ability to let go and trust, those who can relinquish control..for awhile anyway.
