If a guy is in love with you than no, he won't like it if you just lay there. However, if a guy is only interested in you because you let him have sex with you, he won't really care if you participate or not.
The easiest thing to do is to just extend foreplay. Don't just get naked and get started, take things slow. Let him explore your body with his hands and tongue, and you do the same for him.
You can also try some different positions. You on top either facing him, or facing away. You can also do it doggie style, with you on your hands and knees, and he penetrates you vagina from behind.
