all other things being equal, ie technique, does the size of a guy's johnson make a difference in the quality of the experience?

Not really. Technique is more important than size or shape.
Even if the man is huge, if he doesn't know how to work it, it's of no use to me!

It only matters if you are too small. (just kidding!)
I have found that the bigger the johnson, the more the guy thinks that size is ALL that matters. Guys with big d*cks often think that they don't have to do anything except BE big. I would definitely prefer a guy with a small one who knew how to stimulate a woman over a guy with a big one who thought there was nothing for him to do except put it in and out, and that I would just melt over how big he was.
The downside of small ones is that certain positions become difficult to maintain without slipping out. No worries, though. There are always other positions. Plus, some women cannot take a big d*ck. My friend wound up in the emergency room for this reason. Moral to the story: there is a woman out there for every d*ck! Don't spend any time worrying about what you can't change, and whatever you do, don't respond to any of those spam emails!!! LOL

For one thing sex does not make a relationship and sex is something special that God gave to married couples anyway.
If u are married and u love that person size should not matter but you dont want them that small either I say if he can please u in the way u need to be pleased then he is a keeper!If u think of sex as just a game or just for fun i feel bad for u but it is really what u think about it.

I have 2 b honest when I say that size matters and whoever says it doesnt probably has a small penis (or knows someone who does). If its humongus then its bad, but anywhere from 5 to 7 inches should be the good lengths
(And yes, I know that the vagina is only 3 in. deep on average, but the fact is is that if the penis is 4 inches or smaller, it will have very poor erections and be generally not as good as a healthy sized one)

The inside of a womans anatomy isnt where the sensation is felt, its directly outside. The greatest grouping of nerve endings, blood vessles, and pressure points is not inside the vagina.
Depth has nothing to do with it.
You can google it if you want. Studies have found that woman dont even need penetration to climax.
Its just penis envy you speak of, and anyone can suffer from it.

i thought it didnt matter, until i dated a guy with a small one. and i mean SMALL in length and width. i tried to make it work. i was faking it so much.. it was wrong of me, he deserved better, but so did i .. i didnt want to tell him the truth so i just saw less of him and eventually he started seeing someone else and we remained friends . he is a great guy .
i think its different for each woman.

i really dont like them big but i guess it dont matter if u can make a girl *** but ur tongue can make up for alot of the small sizes
