YES YOU CAN....as long as you don't overdo it; best way is to apply it right over your lathered face,,,fill palm of your cupped hand with it, add water a few drops at a time until it forms a paste then gently without too much pressure, use circular motions all over your face; do this at least twice, maybe 3 times, then rinse rinse rinse with COOL NOT cold water...and then rinse some more....blot dry and the apply your moisturizer; do this twice a week all year long and your skin will look GREAT and your makeup, moisturizers, etc. will go on much better.. try it!!!!!!!!!! good luck & have fun......

If you look up Baking Powder on Wikipedia, it has some suggestions for Baking Powder substitutions. I was curious so I looked it up myself. Apparently you can mix either white vinegar, lemon juice or Cream of Tartar with Baking Soda and get the same effect of Baking Powder which is basically just a mixture of sodium bicarbonate with an acid. Good Luck!

Yes, it works great. Don't rub to hard though. It draws out impurities in the skin and leaves the skin feeling very clean.

Yep, I use it once a week. I wet my face and hands, and mix some bicarb into my facewash. Just make sure you don't over-scrub!
