I just don't get or understand my body at all these days! If I eat a meal at, let's say, 6:00 P.M. I'm hungry again at about 7 or 7:30! It's really annoying. Like tonite, I had a snack at about 8 and now my stomach's wanting more food, at 10! Why is this happening to me? And what can I do to control/curb my hunger?

I'm the exact same way. I have hypoglycemia, and somehow it makes me starving ALL the time. I have to eat really healthy as well (which is part of the reason). My doctor reccomended eating a high protein snack right before going to bed. She said it will keep me from waking up with my stomach in hunger pains.
Also, every 2-3 hours is actually the "correct" way to eat. Thats whats reccomended to people on weight loss diets. It speeds up your metabolism quite quickly. If you eat pure carb snacks you will not stay full as long. Try a rye cracker with peanut butter, or a piece of cheese. You seem to just be one of those people that needs to eat right before bed.
The point of being concerned really depends on your activity level. If you are low active and eating junk food, and you're losing weight... You might want to have some blood tests run. If nothing is wrong, try treating for parasites with an herbal combo. You'll itch like crazy at first (if you have them), but it goes away. It jumped my energy level up, and hunger down a little. There really are a number of things that cause constant hunger. My doctor found my body doesn't process gluten correctly either (hence why wheat products make me hungier than anything else).
Eat more protein, and if that doesn't work... Try talking to your nutritionally aware doctor. There are many possibilities (i.e. hypoglycemia, hyperactive thyroid, or just plain not eating correctly).
Good luck! I know how rough it is ALWAYS being hungry. I feel your pain lol.

This happens to me alot. The thing is that you might not be eating the "right" foods. If you eat a lot of bread or carbs, they break down in the body very quickly, so you end up being hungrier sooner! Try to eat some protein or meats/cheese no carbs.

You're not eating enough. A normal diet should be composed of at least 5 meals:
breakfast
snack
lunch
snack
dinner
So, you're eating less than should be or you're body is actually asking for more nutrients.
I suggest a nutritionist.

same thing is goising on with me. i am always hungry but i am not sure for what. i guess it is either because since we are, well i am not sure about you, but since we are growing up and it is just something that are body does, or maybe because we are nervous about something that we just can't figure out. i am not sure, you should talk to your parents or friends maybe they know something
