Im 120 and I wear a 2 or a 4....depends on the brand.

Tell Sara (the other person that answered) that no one could be a size 2 or 4 if they weighed 120 lbs, unless they were well over 6 feet tall. At 4'11" tall, I took a size 5 or 7 when I weighed 90 lbs!
And you need to be specific -- is this about 118 lbs or 118 years old?

It will vary according to height, (are you 4 ft tall or 6 ft tall) and it varies by manufacturer. There is no "perfect" size for any weight!
But I am sure you look great!!
