If I was to go get my lisence back at the lebanon juvinlle court in ohio, who needs to be present? Me and my parent, just me, just my parent....please help!!

Regardless, if I were the judge and saw how you spell, I wouldn't give it back until you at least learned how to spell check.

Call the judge's bailiff office and ask. The bailiff should be able to tell you the standard procedure and might have recomendations as to how to approach the judge. Having your parents there is never a bad thing, I am just not sure it will be required.
