I am trying to find a design for a pretty pair of swallows to tattoo on either side of my waist. The meaning is survival / strength / perseverance - kinda like being a sailor for years - the original meaning. Any links would be great.
Oh - I am diabetic - for the last 25 years - that is where I do my shots, want to get them there to remind myself I am strong ;)

any tattooist that specializes in traditional tattoos should be able to draw you up some swallows, to your specifications. that way you don't have to get one that's already been had. good luck! very cute idea!
