I want to have my hair to curl but it won't.
And I want it to be strait but still have volume

If your hair is straight already and you want volume, I would suggest the "Amplify" product line by Matrix. You could also get a professional hair cut. Some hair cuts make your hair look fuller. If you want curls, they now have modern perms available that curl straight hair in a loose pattern. Or you could get a ceramic curling iron, or a box of hot rollers from the beauty supply store (invest in a good holding spray)

If you want your hair to be straight but have volume, blow dry your hair upside down while brushing through it. It will be very puffy once you're finished. Brush it to your normal style and then to smooth it, go over it with a curling iron, large or small and make curls at the bottom.

if you want your hair to curl, use a styling balm and then use a curling iron in your hair.. after you curl, use a hairspray

i have super straight hair, and it won't hold a curl unless i do that...

to get straight hair with volume (if your hair is already straight) just use some root thickening spray and blow dry your hair upside down. and if it flattens during the day, change your part or flip your head upside down and ruffle the roots
