if she doesn't have one of those heart necklaces, its a perfect gift, and if you don't want to spend so much money, you can go to fortunoff and get it for like $75 search for heart necklace.
Otherwise, sometimes simpler meaningful things can go a long way, you could find something that she rally likes and get her something for it. Like, if she runs you could get her a running jacket for the winter.
And if she really likes a certain band, concert tickets are always awsome (and you might enjoy your gift as well)
