My boyfriends ex is a sociopath, and I would really like to get rid of this person, but she cannot be completely out of our lives for another 18 years. Thus being that they have a kid together and she is using that kid as leverage to keep my boyfriend in her life. My boyfriend doesn't have feelings for his ex, but he still continues to talk to her. She has called my house and left me messages and even called me a b*t*h. I am scared that she will try to lure my boyfriend back to her, and that he may fall into her trap. I am stressing over this and she relishes in that. She even talks about me indirectly on her public profile. I would like to file harassment charges against her, but I have insufficient evidence to back me up, and she has not spoken with me in person, most of it is online and telephone. I need help please! Anything to get rid of this crazy woman.

what you should do is get in a reall p1ss with him and get mad the whole time... thats what girls usually do in situations like this.
on the other hand, you could just say to him honestly and IN ENGLISH that you find it uncomfortable. If you're honest with him he can't complain and you know you're being straight with each other... thats worth far more than filing suit against her.

you can tell him how much you want her gone all you want but she is there to stay however painful it makes you feel. you cannot control him, you can tell him you are not comfortable with it but its up to him to tell her to get lost.

He talks to her, so what. He's with you, if you're that insecure, then you don't belong in a relationship.

You dont tell him.

You ask him, then you leave him if he cant see how obvious this is.
