If you're a stillborn child or mentally retarded, why should that affect the soul? How are our souls different from each other? Is man judged by his soul or his intelligence? Why isn't it possible for people to be incapable of comprehending God due to their intelligence? Why does a person's soul reflect what he's learned on earth?

Being stillborn or mentally retarded does not affect the soul. For one thing, the stillborn is born dead and therefore, never had the chance to sin. The mentally retarded person does not have the ability to determine the difference between right and wrong.

The reason the bible (especially the Ten Commandments when used as a mirror) is so offensive to the "intellectuals" is because it circumvents the intelligence and instead, speaks to the conscience, which blatantly accuses the person of wrongdoing.

By the world's standards, man is judged by his intellect. By God's standards, man is judged by the state of the soul and the conscience will proclaim the guilt every time.

You are a soul who possesses intelligence. A 'mentally retarded' child is not stupid. The soul learns from every perspective mankind has to offer. You as a soul are as indescribably unique ,yet similar at that level, as you are at the physical level. Why do you believe that it is impossible to grasp God with both hands? The belief itself will blind you to the possibilities. And to your last question, because that is it's nature, to learn and expand in all directions at once. Like the Universe.

First since Hell is about Judgment and a stillborn child hasn't had time to commit any sins to be judged for I don't think we need to worry about the child's destination.

I believe that God only holds us fully responsible for the things we understand. If a person hasn't yet reached the age of accountability (that varies per person) they won't be accountable if mentally they aren't old enough to be held to account.

But that being said I think allot of people are scripturally dumb on purpose. They could understand if they wanted to, but they don't care enough about God to find out what God had to say on any given subject. They would rather just trust their preacher to spoon-feed scriptural truths to them. Those people WILL be held accountable for their crimes.

A soul is eternal, while intelligence is our temporal understanding of the perceived world around us. Your mind, will and emotions are a part of your soul and each of these characteristics are unique in each individual.

You are judged by your motives.

If a person is prevented from comprehending God due to intelligence, then that person is innocent. Children who die go to heaven because of their innocence. Anyone who is handicapped in such a way as to prevent him or her from knowing God is as innocent as a child.

once again like so many others you are putting limits on God. Just because you don't understand how does not mean there is not a plan for all things
