ok im not a shy person at home but around guys that i dont noe i become really quiet and well. shy. lol how does this make me seem? is it cute or should i try hard to get over it?

being is shy is difficult. You should try to get over it. I don't mind the shy stuff but if it is really what you are made up it is difficult to talk with you .
so. ask questions. answer the same questions you ask. tell him what you like, what you don't like. Ask him if he has any goals, dreams, ideas.
Ask him about fun things in childhood.

I think guys may think its cute at first, but guys tend to like a girl with an outgoing personality. If a guy feels like he can't even look at you with you running and hiding, he may start to think you are immature. I would try to work on not being so shy. Just be yourself when being approached by a guy. This will get you much further and in the end you will be happier to know that the guy wanted you for being you. And also don't be afraid that try approaching a guy. Guys actually like a confident girl who will talk to them first. Just be sure not to push yourself on to someone. That can seem desperate.

I love shy guys, and there are some guys that find it cute in a girl. To me, shy guys are less likely to go around flirting with another girl.

I think it might make you hard to approach. Guys might think you're just not interested in talking to them, might think you're stuck up, etc. When you don't talk it's up to others to try to figure out why.
