I broke up with him so if I still like him and want him do I have to make the move, or can I reley on him to if he feels the same way?
I just have know idea whether he likes me still, the feelings have been mixed, but recently he may have dated someone else,
do I let go or go after him?

We broke up because it started to fast, and we soon realised we didn't know each other very well, when we tried it was hard to start over again, this is where we ran into trouble and after just dating he didn't seem as sure as he was before that he really liked me,

Personally, I believed the feeling is totally different when you are back together after breaking off. It is that either you or he may try to change to suit each other that may result in further argument in future.
I feel that you should learn to let go of this relationship and move on with your life. There is such a saying : " Don't give up the forest bcoz of a tree" , he is not the only guy in the world and I believe you can find somebody who loves you more than him. Think over carefully and make your decision

Much depends on the reason for breaking up with him and what your feelings for each other were like before the breakup. I would call or text and ask him if he wants to talk then go from there. Judge the general feeling you get if you get together to talk.

If he has given u a hint that he wants u back and it was a good relationship then go for him if you think he is the one if not then there are plenty of guys out there.

forget him... there was a reason you broke up and it's most likely still there, you're just lonely.
get over him and go out with somebody else

WHy did you break up with him? If he treated you badly or abused you, keep away.
If it was a whim and you have changed your mind, tell him...but do so without expecting him to take you back.
