low fat cheese sticks or non fat cheese cheese
yogurt
cottage cheese

i usely have some sugar free jello or pudding to help me.
at night i love sugar free popsickels.
anything that is non fat or sugar free.
goal is to keep your levels stable and not go up and down after you have a cupcake .

pickles are almost no calories but high in sodium.

celery is a negative calorie food, you burn calories chewing it.

Steam air popped popcorn with no oil is good.

Carrots are not that good because they have lots of carbs like potatoes.

If you want to do carbs, use pretzels.

Protein use jerky or fat free yogurt.

carrot sticks, rice cakes, glass of water with lemon wedge, dried apricots (but only one or two), many fruits would work for this
