there is this guy at work, he has a very playful personality, but i notice when i am not even acknowledging him, he does something to get my personal attention, he is having troubles with his fiancee and he said he is about to dump her, i find this guy very attractice, but i am knd of shy around him, i still talk to him, but he does flirt with me and i do not know wether he is doing it because he likes me or what -how can you tell if a guy likes you ?what should i do? this is a new job i just started working at and everyone is nice and friendly, and i like the job, i am a host at this restarant while he is a server, and chef, i dont know what to do

If he has a fiancee, I would just leave it alone. It goes with the idea that he will never leave her. If you are truly interested in him, wait until he is single.

What u need to do is pay attention to your new
job first because you are being watched closely
as you are new. This guy already has someone
and just because he says he's breaking up with
her u don't know that do u. Remember u are the
new girl on the block and this alone brings
about curiosity and he could be paying attention
to you because he is curious not because he
necesarilly likes you or anything. Give it time
and pay more attention to your job and less on
him. Let him see his actions does not excite u
that much and make him work to have u if u are
still interested after awhile.Don't make it easy
for him, then you will really know if he is interes-
ted in you.

Nothing, that's what you do. You be friendly toward him, the same as you are with everyone else. You said that he has a fiance. Unless you want a man who cheats when he is in a relationship, I have no idea why you are even thinking about him that way. Find a single guy. It'll make your life simpler.
