So that must mean one must enter into the kingdom of God (which is within you) BEFORE one becomes a rich man.

Luke.17
[21] Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Matt.6
[33] But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Mark.10
[25] It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

1Tim.6
[10] For the LOVE of money is the root of all evil:

so if you get rich BEFORE you want enter into the kingdom of God, your chances of ever entering the kingdom are slim to none.
Good luck

It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Or something like that.

Edit: Whether or not you get into semantics about whether the kingdom is within you, etc., I think the main point is that Jesus wasn't particularly concerned with making moolah, even though you'd say He was already "in the kingdom of God within Him." Seems like you're trying to justify why you want to make money. Jesus told the parable of the old woman with almost nothing who gave away all she had to the less fortunate, and the rich man who gave away much money but wasn't hurting when he did it. Guess which one was more righteous.

Matthew 6:27-29 Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Anyway, I'm just discussing, it's not like I'm giving away my money or anything. Gotta buy me some more stuff.

Sell seats up close at Jesus incarnation, or accept the fact that being prosperous is not good or bad, but hording money is a serious sin. Why is hording a sin, because hording takes all your time and effects and impacts all or your decision and behaviors. Money becomes the root of all evil.

It is ok to have wealth if you can properly serve God with your wealth (a hard thing to do, Mt 6:21).

If you can provide an honest good or service that people value alot, and can garner some wealth, 1 Timothy 6:17 has some good advice.

The desire to get rich will plunge men into ruin. Beware the desire to get rich. There is not inherently sinful about being rich but beware, it can easily become a snare. But even more beware the desire to get rich. That desire will blossom into an evil covetousness so great it wil drive you to sacrifice everything else. Family. Health. Friends. Integrity.
