Pistachio pie!
1 graham crust
1 box Jello pistachio pudding mix
1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 container Cool Whip (I think it's 12 oz., I just know what tub I need)
Partially drain the pineapple and put it in a bowl, sprinkle the pudding mix over the top, stir and let sit for 10 minutes. It'll turn green but that's normal. Then fold in the Cool Whip until combined, and put it in the crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours and you're done!
Really simple but oh so fluffy and good.

Its called cranberry crunch- I don't know the exact recipe but you take oatmeal, sugar, and butter and make a paste, and push it into the bottom of a buttered cookie sheet, and then you cover it with a layer of cranberries and then more sugar, and then you put the rest of the paste on it, anf then you cook it and its delicious. Its in the new joy of cooking.
