There are many scriptures on the subject of non-believers not being saved. Since so many people seem to think that only the words of Jesus are true, lets look at what he said...
Mark 6:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
John 3:36 (again Jesus speacking) He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
John 3:18 (again Jesus speaking) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.--Matthew 7:13-14.
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars - their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death. -- Rev. 21:8.

Romans 10:14 How then shall they call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
Romans 10:16-18
16 However, they did not all heed the glad tidings; for Isaiah says, "LORD, who has believed our report?" 17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. 18 But I say, surely they have never heard, have they? Indeed they have; "Their voice has gone out into all the earth, And their words to the ends of the world."
John 3:16-19
16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
17 "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
18 "He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 "This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil."

One of the most common themes in both the Old and the New Testatments is repentance. It is ignored these days, replaced by the feel good doctrine of Prosperity and is simply devastating to those who profess to be Christians but aren't saved because they essentially "missed a step." So yes, non-believers AND believers alike can find themselves in hell if they don't repent.
Even Satan believes in Jesus and the bible makes it perfectly clear that heaven is not his final destination. Belief is not enough...one must turn away from their sins and trust in Christ in order to be saved.

You have to accept Christ. The only way to the Father is through His son, and the Bible tells us that. It also tells us that we can only see Heaven with a childlike faith. We must have faith. That is what seperates the believers from the non-believers. I can't think of where exactly it says that in the Bible right now, but I can find it later if you want to write me. You can also read the Bible online and look up what you want and it brings you to that verse.

It says specifically if you do not believe in Jesus, Jesus is not amused. That should serve as a dire warning to the likes of atheists, who even if Jesus were alive and was going to judge everybody, they would still deny it. That's the way they are. So let this answer resound upon their consciences, or whatever. .. What was your question again?

A computer search of the Bible found no mention of non - believer in the scriptures. Unbelieving sounds the same but it had a different meaning in Bible Days; it meant unheading, or ignoring the messages or advice of God. .. It did not mean to not believe in the existence of God. Only in the last few centuries have pseudo intellectuals began to say that God does not exist.
God doesn't worry about those who do not believe in him. You may not believe in God, but he believes in you.
Scriptures: There is no reference to non-believers (in God). There is only references to those who follow God's Advice, and those who don't. Actually it gets down to this. Harmony among ourselves is God's desire. Disharmony is the only sin against God's advice. Disharmony comes in many forms, some illegal, and some not illegal. If you are rude to your spouse or your next door neighbor, then that is Disharmonious. -- Like it or not , being rude is a Sin.
Why? Because it goes against being harmonious; ergo it Goes against God's Advice.

Read Revelation Ch. 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
