The concept of the Trinity was borrowed from Celtic faiths. The Christians could not completely surpress the old beliefs, so they adopted some concepts and changed it to fit into thier own system. It was Originally for, The God, The Goddess and The All.

I am not sure what you are getting at. The trinity is one God in three persons. It is like a man can be a father, and a son and an uncle, a brother and a friend. It's all the same guy but in different roles. It's sort of the same with the trinity.

In my humble opinion, the Holy Trinity represents the Holy Family, i.e. Father, Mother, and Child (son or daughter). I was raised Pentacostal - though I have strayed away from it. Our male dominated culture has done its best to suppress the feminine aspect of Spirituality. Many refer to the Trinity as, father, son, holy spirit. Another understanding of Holy Spirit is: Help Mate; a Help Mate is what God created for Adam in the book of Genesis, a.k.a. Eve. Many Eastern philosophies recognize the female aspect of creation, e.g. Yin/Yang, Positive/Negative, etc.

From the aspect of a Methodist Christian, I firmly believe in the concept of the Trinity. It is biblical, and it doesn't confuse me in the least. God is the Head of the trinity, He can take whatever form or forms He wishes. He is beyond our sense of reality. We have five senses, He probably has a billion. He can exist in separate forms in the physical or the spiritual.
If we could explain Him, He wouldn't be God.

I'm a Christian that keeps the Commandments of God and The faith of Jesus. If you are wondering.
The trinity is not right How can Jesus be talking about himself in everything he said. He talks about returning to the Father. Why didn't he just say I'm going to go see myself.
Read John chapter 1 . The Word was made flesh. And the Word was and with God. Jesus is the God that gave Moses the Commandments and the God that talked to people in the Old and New testament. He says it himself that "Moses spoke of Me." Read the rest of the chapter and you see that no one has seen God only Jesus. Who did Moses see the back of on the monutain. Its was Jesus. The Holy Spirit is God's Spirit in us (when Baptized) that we may live, walk and understand the way of God.
