I am VERY sorry for these losses, but these same NYPD were the ones during 9/11 that lost their lives to protect New York.

I am from LA, but I bet it takes guts to be a New York cop, and idiots waving guns around before their wedding and ramming cars into ANYONE deserve what they get.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "constant brutality record". You've only quoted three shootings, over a span of seven years, one of which was cleared, and another is still under investigation. I don't think that rates anywhere near "constant".
