The prisoner says hang me which the king will think as a lie so he decides to hang the prisoner but this will make the prisoner's statement true so the king will then have to decide to to chop the prisoner's head off but this will then make the prisoner's statement a lie. The king is now unable to decide whether it is true or a lie so he lets the prisoner go!!

The prisoner says, "you will hang me."
because if the statement was true, then he would have the have his head chopped off, but by doing so, his statement would have been false.
Because neither option applied anymore, the King was forced to let the prisoner go.
At least that's my guess...it was a very tricky riddle though, it kept me thinking for a good while. Well done!

The king said "If you say anything....".
To me, this implies that the king was not forcing the prisoner to say anything. So to not get either one of those harsh treatments, the prisoner would just be silent.
Hope that's right.

you could not do it 2d till you "cheat". Get to the element in the interest the place you're able to desire to easily bypass by way of one line to connect the ultimate piece of the puzzle. The trick is pressing the dazzling button of your mouse on your final flow. start up drawing a classic line to the circle, good click close to it, flow your mouse to the backside corner of it and press left button back to proceed drawing the line. the interest doesn’t provide any warnings mutually as the popup reveal is open. it particularly is not a logical puzzle, extremely a not easy one, yet they didn’t exhibit that the interest has a scientific answer.

He would say to the king:
"You will hang me."
If the king does not hang the man, he'd have lied, and would then lead to his hanging. But if the king does hang the man, then he was speaking the truth, which means, he should not be hung!

he cud just say like "MOO" or some single word. it's not a sentence so he can't be lieing or telling the truth.
or he cud ask a question, thats all i can come up with or just not say the words true and lie. who knows what this king is saying.

He can say anything other than "any thing true" or "any thing thats a lie ". So in that case he can say a whole darn lot.......... This is correct if you take it literally. If you don't take it literally he can say "I'm lying". He is not telling the truth because he is not lying about anything but he is not lying because he is "not lying".... it's confusing but I promise its correct... at least to me... think about it. :)

he said either, "I'm going to live" or "I'm going to die"
That is because if the king kills him it would be true for the second one and false with the first one, and if he lets him live it will be true for the first one or a lie for the second one.
