He's probably still interested, but his male pride won't let him admit it. Why not throw out the bait when he gets that look in his eyes. Ask him to accompany you to some social event, or to do you some small favor. If he accepts, he has taken the bait. Of course I don't know how you feel about him. Do you want him back? He probably is not over you but unless he is a stalker or crazy u never will know. You never know what in someones heart even if they are married to someone else or it seems they are in a solid relationship with someone else , they still can have feeling for you. Some people are just better at hiding it than others, so he probably still has feelings.
You never know unless they absolutely hate you or infatuated with you.
