I know i care for her a lot. I want her to be happy and all. But i'm having trouble EXPLAINING why. what do i say?
The first time she asked me this question i said, "because..i..do?"
she kind of gave a dissapointed sigh.

Did you say you love her? If so then just simply say
"Does love have to have a reason?"
Because "Love" itself is its own definition.

It could be that either she is insecure and can't figure out why someone would love her, or she's not sure you mean it and might just be saying it to get in her pants, or that you've got a case of puppy love and don't know what you're talking about.
It is probably best to tell her everything you think is so wonderful about her and say that is why you love her.

Well girls like when you tell them the good things about them.
Try telling her what you like about her, stuff in perticular, is it the way she makes you laugh, or try telling her you love when she does a certain thing (whatever that may be), then explain to her your feelings toward her and why she makes you happy.

OK, here's the deal. She's fishing and wants you to make her happy by saying what she wants you to say. No one can "make" another person happy. She'll find another way to test you if you pass this one and she'll always be testing you and will very likely still be unhappy.

just tell her some of the things that attracted you to her and what she does that other girls didn't do. stuff like that. also if you just get her alone and then just break out and start explaining why you like her so much you'll score big points

i mean, if u told her u love her, and u dont mean it. theres no point in saying it. but if u mean it, then explain to her the great things about her, wat makes her special and unique. just tell her why. is it rely that hard? never tell her u dont noe y, flatter her and make her feel, well "loved"
