I would really like to attend the university, but i am not catholic. Also, i wouldn't be attending just to play a sport there, I just think it is a really nice place with good morals and stuff. I'm not really a religious person, but i think that mayber submerging myself in a strong religious school would help me in life. If i do need to convert, could i do it an the university? Thanks for the help!

No, you do not have to convert. And chances are that there are a few churches around. So you probably could if you felt like it.

First of all football is a man made sport and is for personal enjoyment and just because the University of Notre Dame a God loving school has not been wining that doesn't mean that the church is wrong or That God Almighty doesn't exist. It makes me upset that people would be so ignorant as to make these types of conclusions.

no. you do not have to be Catholic to attend the University of Notre Dame. If you do choose to convert, there would be churches on campus that would be able to help you.

Call the school or get on their website and ask for some brochures.

You don't have to be a Catholic but you have to be very wealthy and much smarter to attend the University of Notre Dame. God bless kisses Betty.

No but I believe one has to take so many credits in Catholicism or at least it was that way when I was going to college in the late 80's early 90's.

Let me tell you what, some of the wildest parties I ever attended were at Notre Dame.. it's not as 'quiet' as you think it is.
