A Supra with snow tires will be able to drive on snow, but if you have them, you're stil limited by the 5" of ground clearance. Summer tires don't stand a chance as you'll have zero traction.

You'll be able to drive on roads that have been plowed, but don't try going through the deep stuff. Best case you'll get stuck, worst case you'll rip parts off the car.

Remember, back in the day everyone drove rwd cars in the snow - its not the car or the power but the tires that will dictate if you slip or go.

Bottom line is that any high power, rear wheel drive car is going to have problems is someone spits on the road, much less with snow. I had an older Supra and if it snowed, I stayed at home. Snow tires will help a little but is your life and car worth a day's pay?

Most,if not all, RWD vehicles are terrible in the snow, regardless of them having snow tires or even chains. If you have the last gen supra, I wouldnt even let that thing get rained on, let alone snow.

My brother had a Supra and it was terrible in the snow. He stored it in the garage and used his other car.

I haven't tried with snow tyres yet, but my supra is marginally worse than skating shoes on polished ice.

I would think chains perhaps might make things more managable
