I think it's great. If we're blessed enough, we're all going to get old anyway. Might as well be old and educated. ;o)

Why not? Ours would not have allowed it, since they only allow kids to attend until age 21 and then they have to use an alternative school to get their diploma, but that was to prevent problems with mixing teens and young adults. But I think older adults and seniors might add something interesting and educational to the mix, new insights, and might broaden the experience for everyone. Some kids without dads might benefit from having older males around, too, as role models.

I think it's a great idea. Senior citizens have a lot of life experience to offer the average age high school student.
