I eat breakfast, then brush my teeth afterwards. It doesn't make much sense to brush before eating your breakfast.

I eat first, then brush my teeth after my breakfeast. Because if you brush you teeth first, and then eat you will have all the food particles for bacteria to form plaque on your teeth and produce toxins and acid to demage your gums and teeth.
