well you may want to look into Mental Health Matters, or your PCT shoud have online journals that you have used.
There is new legislation out around Mental Health, so have you read it? if so what did you do? how did this change your practice or how did you change or develop others etc.
There are always article on Mental Health, so have you read anything at all, and used this to develop yourself in your role.
Did you take the publication to work? did you discuss with other team members? what was the benefit to your role. How did it develop you?
This is what you are looking for
1.advances in knowledge and practice relevant to one’s own area of work are monitored to a sufficient level to keep abreast of developments
What did you read, when was it published?why did you read it?

2.opportunities to examine and challenge the advances in knowledge and practice made by others are identified and taken appropriately
Did you discuss this with other colleagues for relevancy? was it useful or was it unsuitable for your role?

3.others’ work is evaluated for its relevance and applicability to own area of practice
How waas it relevant to your role? what did it tell you?

4.evidence from own and others’ work is used to inform the development of one’s own practice
What eveidence is there that you have implemented your learining? what changed and how can you prove it?

5.ideas for improving own practice are implemented in structured ways which allow them to be tested and generalised
Did you do this alone, or did you implement something that others learned from and changed practice? what did you do? briefing, role play, training, discussion etc

6.the changes which are made in one’s own practice are monitored and reflected on to determine the effectiveness of the outcomes
How did you monitor the usefulness of your new learning and practice, did it improve you? if so how and what evidence do you have to support this?

7.new knowledge synthesised into own practice is applied to all areas of work in which it is relevant and likely to be effective
As above

Hope this helps
