I have a huge infection on my piercing expansion!?

What should I do?! I just get expanded my ear counch piercing from a 10ga to a 08ga. It hurts... A LOT! And it's very big and fat. There's something I can do to dissapear the infection or al least make it smaller?

While it may go away on it's own an infection is not something to play around with. If it starts to spread and turn even redder go to a doctor. You will probably need a shot of an antibiotic.

if you have an infection, applying peroxide is good
