In this situation it really depends. But all in all you need to be careful. When a guy buys you a drink it means he is interested, but the next step is to figure out what he wants. If he buys you a drink and then sits with you and you have a nice conversation this is a good sign that he is being sincere, but if he continues to buy you drinks and begins any kinda of conversation about sex it is not a good sign. Either way if you are interested or not do not leave with him. Give him your number and then leave it up to him to call. If he calls you and wants to see you again sober, then he is a keeper. If he doesn't call, he probably was just after you for the night and realized he was wasting his time.

Actually he could be doing it for either reason however, if the guy is friiendly and out-going and it seems has a good reputation then I would say he means nothing by it except just being friendly and maybe has the money to do it because he likes you. Next time he buys you drinks ask him why he is doing it and see what he says then make up your mind if you think he is telling you the truth and act accordingly.

Guys buy girls drinks at a club because that is what you do at a club, it is up to you if you want to drink it all and get drunk, he wants to get to know you.

He's being friendly. He knows that we as women go out to the club expecting to get free drinks (well, most of us). So he's just doing the right thing. He would have no right to try and talk to you if he didn't at least offer. KNOW YOUR WORTH!

Accept NO, and I repeat, NO drinks from strangers or anyone that you don't know REALLY well. IF you want a drink, make sure ONLY the bartender and you touch it. DO NOT go to the bathroom and leave you drink on the table without a trustworthy friend/s watching it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He may just want to get to meet and talk with you.
He may want to get you in the sack by getting you drunk.
Use your head and don't pull dumb tricks. Be VERY careful. Good luck. Pops

Depends on the guy and on his intentions. Could be either reason. Here is a rule to remember : He can buy you all the drinks he wants, but YOU are in control of how much you drink!

Never accept a drink from someone you don't know and never put a drink down and take your eyes off it then go back to it later. If your focus has been diverted from it .. forget it ever existed, because the risk of it being spiked is too great. It happens too often.
