What kind of bacteria is found on raw tuna fish?

Is it just salmonella? I am doing a science project and I am testing the different ways to cook fish to see if foods like sashimi and ceviche are 100% OK to eat. I would appreciate any help!

Shigellosis (bacillary dysentery) is a bacteria found.

AND a Parasite that will cause illness as well is : Anisakiasis

A virus if the tuna comes from contaminated water : Norovirus Gastroenteritis

nothing raw is really ok to eat including apples but we do it anyway
