this will probably not rid you of this anxiety, because the need to understand things is a hard thing to overcome and when I am done you are going to have more things you do not understand not less so stop here.
Our real residence is in the Spiritual realm not here. We are here for a reason and not allowed to escape. It is very like being in prison, though I am not sure our confinment has anything to do with punishment it could be learning or helping or many other things, but we are here, it is for a reason (not everyone has the same reason) and the bars on this prison are space and time. The Bible points out that time in the Spiritual realm is differant but words do not come very close to expose the differances between here and there. There used to be a Guru type who used hypnotism to show this. He would plant the post hypnotic suggestion that a man would put his head underwater and b4 he could remove his head he would live a whole life time and when he emerged he would remember that life. It worked. Not sure it can be repeated by just anybody but the idea is the person understands is, that time as we experience it is different than what reality is like. One time I opened my eyes during a dream which was something I used many techniques to accomplish, I opened my eyes and had a clock sitting right in front of me. The second hand was not moving I thought at first but as I watched it seemed to be moving about as fast as a minute hand and when I made that realization I lost control and slowly the second hand speeded up and it became normal as I awakened.
Bible says that in the Spiritual world 1000 years is as a day and a day is as a thousand years. Confused yet.
Space is also a method of keeping us here. Moving about in the Spiritual realm is not restricted, in the same ways as it is here. Now your question is about something in the spiritual relm, and to think you can actually understand that or be able to explain it in words is very likely not going to happen. Christians argue about those simpler things that were written in the Bible like what the relationship between Jesus and God is and want to define it. We want to be in control but one of things about being here on earth is that we can not be in control it is, it seems to me, a rule just as hard and fast as time and space. How is anyone going to be able to explain to you about all of God's attributes without you trying to understand those answers in time and space method, but the answer is not here in time and space.
We are given a rule book (Bible) ON HOW TO OPERATE HERE WHERE WE ARE CONFINED. It would seem we have the capacity to damage our eternal selves here. Jesus came here to save us from ourselves and in order for Him to accomplish this you must believe He can do it. Knowing all the answers would be nice but apparently thats not the way things work.
If you get on the road driving and decide you are in control and do not follow the rules you run the risk of damaging not only yourself but others. Same here.
Do not let your pride and need to be in control stop you from being successful here. Your pride may be the reason you are here, as your desire to be an individual who can be in control or just be an individual may be the reason.. We either do not know or can not know, but what are you going to do with what you do know???

Who created God?
A number of sceptics ask this question. But God by definition is 'the uncreated creator of the universe', so the question Who created God? is illogical, just like 'To whom is the bachelor married?'
So a more sophisticated questioner might ask: If the universe needs a cause, then why doesn/t God need a cause? And if God doesn't need a cause, why should the universe need a cause? In reply, Christians should use the following reasoning:
Everything WHICH HAS A BEGINNING has a cause.
The universe has a beginning.
Therefore the universe has a cause.
Its important to stress the words in CAPITALS. The universe requires a cause because it had a BEGINNING, as will be shown below. God, unlike the universe, had NO BEGINNING, so doesn't need a cause. In addition, Einstein's general relativity, which has much experimental support, shows that time is linked to matter and space. So time itself would have begun along with matter and space.
Since God, by definition, is the creator of the whole universe, he is the creator of time. Therefore He is not limited by the time dimension He created, so has no beginning in time God is the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity (Isaiah 57:15). Therefore He doesn't have a cause.
In contrast, there is good evidence that the universe had a beginning. This can be shown from the Laws of Thermodynamics, the most fundamental laws of the physical sciences.

I've struggled with this as well in the past. The thing is, God made us within the confinement of time. We cannot conceive of timeless existence any more than a square living in a two dimensional universe can comprehend a cube..lol. It IS mindboggling but think about this...no matter if you believe in God or you don't, if you go back far enough into time there comes a point to where there was the first uncaused cause, whether it is God or a point of infinite density that expoded into the universe. Even physicist agree that time itself was created in the big bang so time is a tangible thing that had its start at some point. Really, when you get down to it, I have a harder time imagining existence of anything unless there is a God. God said it best to Moses from the burning bush. "I AM that I AM".

Let me put it this way, asking who created God is just pushing the question back in time. Logically nothing should exist because according to our understanding of the four dimensions of this universe that we are aware of, everything has to come from something. So that leaves us with the assumption that all of the matter in this universe must have always existed which doesn't make sense.
God is the creator of time and space and matter. He exists outside of his creation like a painter exists outside of the painting although he might insert a picture of himself in the painting as a part of the whole. Since we cannot comprehend a being who exists outside of the four dimensions that we can know by our senses we cannot comprehend how He might have always existed since, unlike Him, we are trapped in the fourth dimension of time. All we can know is that God says that He is from everlasting to everlasting and trust that our Creator who cannot lie is giving us the best explanation that our finite minds can handle.

Nobody can give you a "source" for an answer to your question -- in fact, nobody can give you a "source" for "god created all" except the bible -- and that ancient, superstitious, factually wrong, self-contradictory book isn't a good source of anything. Your question shows that religion doesn't really answer any questions, it just pushes them off to a different level.
Congratulations on using your brain -- that it's going bonkers trying to be logical about the illogic that is religion is a good sign! Keep looking at the evidence, and follow your thinking to its logical conclusion:
There's no evidence of any kind that there is a god, that he created anything, or that anything created him (or it or she or whatever you want to call the made-up god). Every god is a creation of fearful men's minds, nothing more. Keep thinking :)

I started going crazy wondering the same thing when I was a kid, and I keep being led to the thought that He Himself had a creator much like He is now...which leads me in a spiraling, brain-hurting thought of generations going further and further back, and I always get stuck at - Where and how did it all start?
I hope someday in all of eternity to know the answer to that, I'm just not so sure it will happen in this life.

The doorways maximum ideal to the roof have been saved locked after the WTC bombing in 1993. The WTC homes have been a million/4mi. extreme. There are not the different homes close sufficient or tall sufficient to run a cable between them. additionally, there might have not been sufficient time to rescue those with a cable equipment. and don't get at a loss for words via the solutions you get approximately smoke and fireplace. in the event that they heavily watch the photos, they might see that the fireplace and smoke have been a minimum of 20 memories or 200ft. under the roof. there became additionally wind blowing the smoke purely approximately horizontal. additionally, there have been helicopters flying above the towers attempting to evaluate the placement. in case you got here in on the upwind fringe of the homes, you will have rescued human beings without the interference of smoke. you besides mght do no longer ought to "land" to accomplish rescues. they are in a position to diminish baskets via cable and winch human beings up. yet like I mentioned till now, the doorways have been locked after 1993. additionally, human beings do no longer understand that the roof became by no ability meant for purely each and each guy or woman to apply. It has no commentary deck like some human beings think of.

God is reality and the only reality. All other things that we see as
what we perceive to be reality are no more than the condensed spirit of the universal God. That energy isn't a creation it is creation and preceded the created as a spherical existence, with
no beginning, end, top, bottom, front back,or any other physical limitation. I AM is are there is.

Your head will never understand that question. This is a matter of the heart. One day God will give us the ability to fully understand. In the mean time pray for peace and understanding over it. I can't wrap my mind around it either, but I know it is so. God never intended for us to understand everything. Isn't wonderful that we don't completely understand God. It shows how mighty he truly is. God bless you. Remember you can ask him yourself for the answer.

The problem that you have is one of not being able to understand such a concept as eternity.
R.C. Sproul defined God as the "Uncaused cause", that which simply existed for all time. As humans, we believe in cause and effect, and can think of nothing existing which did not have a cause.
The concept of a God is one in which there exists a being that needs no creation; it alwasy has, and always shall exist. He in essence is not tied to a human concept of time as he exists outside of that paradigm.
Time is essentially a limitation upon man; it is a dimension that binds us all. A god would exist outside of this, as we, being three dimentional, are not tied to live sequentially along a line; we can see the whole of it at once. God, living outside of our dimension of time is able to see the whole of it at once, and our concepts of "before" and "after" merely show our limitations in this dimension.
To understand "before" as it relates to God, you need to understand the idea of dimensionality and how it limits you. When you get the concept down of how being a three dimensional being, you can exist outside of two dimensional spaces, maybe you can imagine a being not bound by the dimension of time.
