Well the way i see it if you both truly show care and love for each other and beleive that it will be an on going love then sure i can't see why not. I would if i were you talk on the phone and first yet foremost find out what it was that caused the break up in the beginning try to repair that gap if needed share each other's opinions and don't hide anything back for keeping quiet can sometimes be the bad part of relationships. Just talk with the young man and find out if being back together is what you both truly want and if that should not happen then it wasn't meant to be, yet as the saying goes there are alot of fish out there in the sea. I wish ya luck and hope for the best .

Break-up's always "sting" the most in the begining. Give it time, as hard as it is, cause thats the only thing that mends a broken heart. Rushing back into the relationship could take the relationship in a bad direction. Give him the space he feels he needs and in time he will either come back to you with great make up "lovin'" or he will move on.If he does move on, that means it wasn't meant at this time and gives you the oppurtunity to find an even better b.f. the next time around. Do you really want to be with a guy who says that he is tired of your stuff. If he can not except you for you is he really worth your time? I think you should let go of what may have been a good realationship in the past and find someone new if you just let it burn you may have a chance to find a guy who loves you like you love him remember love is supposed to be unconditional... sorry if this is not what you want to hear right now....

What is all this stuff?
Are you controlling? Jealous? Do you want to be with him 24/7? Are you smothering him?
He may love you but be unwilling to put up with insecurity.
You gave very little information so this aanswer is given with a lot of assumptions.
Give it a rest, give him time, let him think.

what happens if all these happens again? do you really think its love? when u love someone, u don't keep breaking up & patching back. wait for him to call, if he's sincere then try working on it again. if he don't, look somewhere else. do other stuff instead of thinking of him all the time.

if he told you he's tired, he is...
this is no drama show where two lovers break up because of they're parents or crap...
MOVE ON GIRL!! He broke up because he is tired, whatever he tells his friends does not change the fact that he told U that he wanted a break up............
