Either mederma or vitamin E. Try all the products by "Palmers".. they usually have something with cocoa butter in them.

Those silicon sheets made by curad work pretty well - they are price, but hey, we're talking about quality of life here, aren't we?
Also - it depends on the TYPE of scar - so those might not work for the kind that you have. They will make keloids worse
