I'm assuming that's Atlanta,GA. She should have no trouble finding the resources in her area to direct her to good quality childcare.I've attached a link to the child care resource & referral in the atlanta area.If that doesn't help just google atlanta child care resource &referral.
As she begins the interview process make sure has a list of ques. & concerns for the provider.

Hi

Did she think about home day care.. You can contact the department of education or the dept of early education and care for more assistance.

If she needs 24 hour assistance, you might be able to contact the hospital day care or a visiting nurses association. What kind of work does she do (they might have alternative child care, if other parents work there....).

Look in the yellow pages...

Did it ever occur to her not to have kids in the first place if she doesn't have time for them? Maybe she should have thought about that before getting knocked up.
