try taking a couple of herbs, in some places you can get them mixed together, one is fenugreek and the other is thyme, i have had the same problem, and fenugreek alone has worked as well for me as antibiotics after i have gotten the infections. however, i take it daily to maintain health and prevent further infections, good luck

The first thing is to have the doc x-ray your sinuses to get a better idea of what is going on. It is quite possible the antibiotics you use are not totally clearing up the infection and that is why you keep getting it back. Also try a good multivitamin and a good antioxidant supplement to help prevent future sinus infections. I have been free of sinus infections for over 7 years now since starting vitamins and antioxidant supplements. If you haven't been seen by and Ear Nose and Throat specialist you need to do that too.

The ony things that really helped me was when my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria. you need distilled water sea salt liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store. in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature. add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix. using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down. Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy. The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't get rid of them all. Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time. Then do it once a week for maintenance. There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me. I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore. best wishes

You should definately go see an ENT specialist. You will need a referral from you GP (normally), the specialist may refer you for a CT Scan, or sinus x-rays to see if there is an underlying cause for your sinusitis that is structural rather than just due to allergies.
There is an operation that they can do, which im told isnt that big of a deal that can help your sinuses drain more freely and stop the sinuses from clogging and becoming infected

I found that short of surgery and constantly taking over the counter sinus stuff only one thing worked for me and my kids. When I feel sinus pressure staring I take ECHINASEA with golden seal available at the drug store. Then 4 hours later I take another capsule then 1 a day for 3 days. It starts working on the respiratory system and eliminates the need for any further intervention.

I use to get migraines all the time too. Start by going to a chiropractor. Your neck might be out of alignment and compressing a nerve. How well do you sleep? If you wake up tired or are exhausted all day you might want to have a sleep study done. In my case I found out that I have apnea and would stop breathing about 70 times an hour. Had to sleep study done and my apnea under control and no more headaches.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Have you ever talked to your Dr. about Allergy shots. You might talk to your Dr. about that. I know someone who had that & started shots & it really helped. It does take awhile to work though. You need to see an allergiest.

Good Luck!
