Supposedly he can firstly flex his abdomen muscles to contract and resist the downward fall from the girls. At the same time he also has his mind in an area that through transdental meditation takes away the image and thought of pain.

Its a matter of strict training and a calm manner of control over oneself. Its not wise to practise something like this unless you have the proper training behind you.
Don't do this at home just for the fun ot it. You could get badly hurt.
