I have tried them all but all they do is make my face red and my skin flaky. I cant go anywhere without sloughing off 15 layers of dead skin! I hate it. Can anyone recommend a cream, OTC or with prescription, that wont dry out my skin?

my skin is sooooo sensitive, so i will tell you what i do. you have to adjust to it- usually takes a week. also, ortho tricyclen will help. I wash my face with dove sensitive skin bar soap, dab it dry, then use a pea sized amount of benoyl peroxide gel- the gel kind spreads a lot better on the skin. then, use cetaphil moisturizing lotion. bot greasy at all. after it has soaked in, i usually put more lotion on. Only do this in the morning and at night. Try not to wear any makeup powder. After a couple of weeks your skin will look great! Also, stay away from gluten(white flour products) and heavy starches, they aggravate skin conditions. You can take a zinc supplement to speed up the healing of your skin, just make sure you eat with it or you will get stomachache. drink lots of fluid as well. hope this helps- it worked for me!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I have sensitive skin too and i break out very easily!!! Try Noxema or Biore... u can find it at walmart in the aisle with the face soaps. That's the only thing that works for me.

i have the same damn problem! I hate it, but now my acne is starting to go away because of birth control, i also took doxycycline, ask your doctor about that, but if you take it you have to make sure you are not exposed to the sun for a long time, especially without sunscreen.

I have the same problem!

My dermatologist gave me Differen and an antibiotic cream. I alternate (I wear Differen one night, then I wear the antibiotic cream the next night). It really helped me.

I hope I helped!
