LOL!

Get it. Yea, I think it is.

This revival of paganism doesnt worry me, in the same way Jihadists do, its just a matter of stupidity. I mean, honestly, how dumb do you have to be to believe that garbage? Now, Im not saying its the dumbest belief, because, if I were to claim that a violent slave owning pedophilic warlord was God best and everlasting example for us, that would be worse.

The modern definition of pagan or paganism, means hicks from the sticks or country bumpkin so i guess it could be like voting for Ralph Nader if you want to put him in that class.

In some ways, I think so. Both Pagans and Nader-ites recognize that the "traditional" paths haven't been working very well and are embracing an alternative.

Blessed be!

Ummmm no.

Voting for Ralf Nader is casting a vote that doesn't make a difference. Paganism is all about making a difference. We may never be the leading religion again (though who knows?) but we do make a difference.

Both require a certain degree of ignorance in the participants.

But voting for Nader required a complete lack of understanding and of assessing the probability of the actual consequences. It required buying into a myth that your vote counts in a positive way, regardless. Paganism, on the other hand, makes no such mythical assumptions.

Absolutely not. Nader voters are concerned about the world and the people in it.

Well it depends upon what definition you are using for Paganism. Dictionary.com defines a pagan as anyone who is not Jewish, Christian or Muslim. That sounds more like an independent more than a green party candidate.

Peace!

Nader's parental family were Christian Lebanese.
