If you don't plan on giving up on her then what you need to do is stick with it. Figure out why she studies so much. Is it because she needs to study that much to do well or is it because it makes her feel prepared? Is she doing badly in school? Point out that too much studying can pysch you out on a test. Suggest reviewing and then relaxing instead of constant studying. If she honestly feels better if she is doing something to help her in school find something fun that you can relate to school. Visit a museum, a college campus (trust me this can be fun), see a concert, a show at the planetarium, etc. Point out how these extracurricular activities are good for school and her mental health. Be patient and look out for yourself as well. Don't try to take on her problems so much that they hurt you. Good luck!
